Add a password to your account
By default, Taimli uses magic link sign-in. You can add a password in your account settings if you want to sign in with either a password or a magic link.
You must have signed in recently to change your password. If your session is too old, Taimli will ask you to verify your account again before you can open settings.
Add a password
Open Account settings.
If Taimli asks you to verify your account again, sign in with a magic link and return to settings.
Enter your password in New password.
Enter the same password in Confirm new password.
Click Save Password.
Sign in with a password
Go to the login page.
Enter your email address in Email.
Click Continue.
Enter your password in Password.
Click Log in and stay logged in.
Use a magic link instead
Adding a password does not turn off magic link sign-in. On the password step, click Send me a magic link instead if you do not want to use your password.
