Export your salon data

Download a copy of your salon data from Settings > Data Export. Click Download ZIP, choose what to export, and the archive is generated immediately in your browser.

What the export contains

Each export is a single ZIP archive with one CSV file per selected category, plus a README.txt guide. Everything is selected by default; uncheck anything you do not need.

Customers (customers.csv) holds client profiles and contact details.
Bookings (bookings.csv) holds appointments scheduled through Taimli.
Services (services.csv) holds the treatments and offerings you list.
Staff (workers.csv) holds the staff members who provide services.
Working hours (working_hours.csv) holds availability and schedule settings.

README.txt is always included, even for a partial export. It lists the salon timezone and generation time, and explains the meaning of every field in each file you selected.

CSV columns

Each file uses the columns below, separated by commas, and opens in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet program.

Customers

Working hours

What is not included

The export is a portable copy of your salon records, not a raw database dump. It intentionally leaves out internal database IDs, created and updated audit timestamps, and several private or payment details, including customer birthday, marketing-consent timestamps, booking payment fields, and booking cancellation details.

Working hours cover real availability blocks from the start of the current salon-local week onward. Recurring or template availability is not expanded into future rows.

Time and timezone handling

Booking and working-hour times are shown in your salon's local timezone without a UTC offset. To convert them to UTC, use the Timezone value listed in README.txt and apply its daylight-saving rules.

Who can export

Only salon members with permission to access Settings can see Data Export and generate the file. If you do not see Data Export in Settings, ask your salon administrator to check your role permissions.

Export before you cancel

Download your ZIP before you cancel your subscription so you keep a copy of your records. Cancellation is a separate step from exporting.

Export your data from Settings > Data Export and keep the ZIP.
Open Billing and select Manage billing. For the full billing workflow, see Manage your salon subscription and billing.
Finish cancellation in Stripe's customer portal.

Your subscription renews monthly until you cancel. Unless you choose otherwise when canceling, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and stops the next monthly renewal.

The archive is generated and downloaded immediately in your browser. There is no separate email delivery or asynchronous processing step.
