Export your salon data

Download a complete copy of your salon data from Settings > Data Export by clicking Download ZIP at the bottom of the page. The file is generated immediately in your browser.

What is a data export?

A data export is a copy of your salon records that you can download and keep on your own computer.

It includes your client list, appointments, staff information, services, and working hours, all saved in standard spreadsheet files that open in Excel, Google Sheets, or any other program you prefer.

Portability matters

Taimli believes your salon data belongs to you. You can download it and take it with you at any time.

Your client relationships and booking history are some of the most valuable parts of your business. When you can download this information easily, you stay in control. You can keep a private backup or bring your records with you if you ever decide to switch tools.

You never have to worry about being locked into Taimli or losing years of client history because the data lives on our servers alone.

What the export contains

Each export is a single ZIP archive that contains several spreadsheet files, one for each category of data:

• Customers — all client profiles and contact details

• Bookings — every appointment scheduled through Taimli

• Workers — staff members who provide services

• Services — the treatments and offerings you list

• Working hours — availability and schedule settings

Each file is organized in rows and columns, just like a normal spreadsheet. The archive also includes a short guide that explains how the files relate to each other and how to read them safely.

Reference IDs inside the export are created only for the download, so you can connect related records across files without exposing internal system identifiers.

Who can export

Only users who have the data export permission can see the download option and generate the file. If you do not see Data Export in Settings, ask your salon administrator to check your role permissions.
