Send worker booking emails to your salon address
Send a copy of your workers' booking notification emails to the salon's main email address. The setting lives under Settings > Notifications > Staff Notifications, and workers keep receiving their own emails as before.
The setting is off by default for every salon, so current email recipients stay the same until you turn it on.
Turn on copies to the salon email
The option is part of the salon's staff notification settings, not any worker's personal preferences, and it does not appear in My Preferences.
Select Settings from the admin navigation.
Open Staff Notifications in the Notifications group.
Select Also send worker booking notifications to the salon email.
Save your changes.
Check the salon address shown in the help text under the setting. This is the address that receives the copies.
To stop the copies, clear the checkbox and save again.
Emails that get a salon copy
When the setting is on, the salon address receives a separate copy of these worker booking notifications:
New booking notifications
Pending booking requests
Spam-flagged pending bookings
Customer cancellations
Customer-unreachable alerts
Visit review notifications, the same alerts described in Email alerts for customer reviews
Emails that are not copied
The salon copy covers worker booking notifications only. These never get a salon copy:
Customer appointment emails and SMS, covered in Email and SMS appointment notifications
Waitlist notifications
Billing and salon-ready emails
Reschedule, decline, no-show, and salon cancellation messages
Worker preferences and the salon copy
A worker's notification preference in My Preferences controls only that worker's own email. The salon copy depends on the salon setting alone, so it is still sent when a worker has opted out of a notification. A valid salon address also receives copies when no worker has a usable email address for a message.
Addresses that receive no copy
No salon copy is sent when the salon email address is blank or a placeholder address, such as one on the taimli.example domain. If the salon address matches a worker's email address for a message, one email goes out instead of a duplicate.
