Manage your salon subscription and billing
Manage your Taimli subscription from the Billing page in your salon admin: start a subscription, see your status and next payment date, review SMS charges, and hand off to Stripe for invoices, payment methods, and cancellation. Billing is a top-level admin page, not a Settings section.
Open Billing
Only salon members with billing access can open the page. If you do not have access, you are redirected to the salon admin home with a You don't have permission to access billing notice; ask your salon administrator to check your role permissions.
Open your salon admin dashboard.
Select Billing from the admin navigation.
Start your subscription
When you have no manageable subscription, Billing shows a Pricing checkout surface. Standard pricing is €9.95 per worker per month, with SMS billed separately at €0.08 per SMS segment. There are no additional charges for services, locations, or booking volume.
On the Pricing surface, review the worker and SMS prices.
Select Subscribe. The button shows Redirecting to checkout... while it works.
Complete Stripe Checkout. This starts a monthly recurring subscription and returns you to the Billing page, which confirms Billing set up successfully!
If checkout cannot start, Billing shows Could not start checkout. Please try again. or Something went wrong. Please try again.; try again, and if it keeps failing, contact support.
Check your subscription status and next payment
Billing shows your subscription state as a badge and the date of your next charge. For an active or trial subscription, Next payment shows the current billing period's end date; a trial with an end date shows First payment instead.
Status | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
Active | Subscription is current | Nothing; use Manage billing to update details |
Trial | On a trial; billing starts when it ends | Nothing until the first payment |
Past due | Your latest payment didn't go through | Select Update billing to fix your billing details |
Canceling | Cancellation is scheduled | Keep using Taimli until the date, or select Resubscribe to stop it |
Canceled | Subscription has ended | Start a new subscription if you want to continue |
Expired | Subscription is no longer valid | Start a new subscription |
Incomplete | Setup was not finished | Complete or restart checkout |
Not set up | No subscription is active | Start a subscription from Pricing |
When a payment fails, Billing shows the Past due badge with Your latest payment didn't go through. You can update your billing details here at any time. Select Update billing to correct your payment details. When a cancellation is scheduled, it shows the Canceling badge with Your subscription is set to cancel on the scheduled date. You can keep using Taimli until then.
Review SMS charges
SMS is an optional add-on billed at €0.08 per SMS segment, added to your next invoice at the end of each billing period. Billing shows your Sent this period count and the SMS price. Because a long message can span multiple segments, one message can cost more than one SMS segment; see Email and SMS appointment notifications for how segments are counted and how to preview a message's cost.
Manage billing in Stripe
Invoices, payment methods, and cancellation are handled in Stripe's customer portal, not directly in Taimli. The Billing page hands you off there.
Open Billing.
Select Manage billing (or Update billing when past due, or Resubscribe when a cancellation is scheduled).
Finish the action in Stripe's customer portal.
Your subscription renews monthly and auto-charges through Stripe until you cancel. Stripe or another payment provider may charge its own fees; Taimli does not charge transaction fees on the subscription.
Cancel your subscription
Cancel through Stripe's customer portal so the subscription stops at the end of the current paid billing period and no further monthly renewal is charged. Unless you choose otherwise when canceling, you keep access until that period ends.
Open Billing and select Manage billing.
Finish cancellation in Stripe's customer portal.
Download a copy of your salon data before you cancel so you keep your records. See Export your salon data for how to generate your ZIP archive.
For larger teams, custom pricing is available as an individually agreed flat monthly price instead of the standard per-worker rate.
