Quickstart

Welcome to Taimli! If you're reading this, Your salon has been set up with all your services and employees already configured. To start accepting online bookings, complete these two quick steps.

Your calendar starts completely blocked by default. You must create availability blocks to allow customers to book appointments.

1. Set Your Availability

Create availability blocks to define when customers can book with you:

  1. Go to Calendar from the sidebar

  2. Click on any date header (e.g., "Thu 05") and select Work day

  3. Fill in your working hours for that day

  4. Repeat for all days you want to accept bookings

  5. Use the worker selector in the top right to switch to each worker and repeat steps 2-4

White blocks on your calendar show when customers can book. Learn more about calendar features in our calendar guide.

If you're confident your availability is set correctly, click "Mark as done" on the checklist item on your home page to skip to the next step.

2. Review Service Durations and Prices

Your services are pre-configured, but verify that durations and prices are correct:

  1. Go to Services from the sidebar

  2. Review each service's duration and price

  3. Edit any that need adjusting

Click "Mark as done" on the home page checklist if everything looks good, even without checking every detail.

You may also want to assign which staff members can perform which services. See our services and staff skills guide for details.

Once you've completed the two steps above, your public booking link will be unlocked.

Find your booking link:

  • On your Home page in the "Your public booking link" card

  • In Settings under the "Booking Link" section

Click "Copy link" to copy it to your clipboard, then share it on your website, social media, or anywhere customers can find it.

That's it! You're ready to start accepting bookings. If you have questions, reach out to support.
