Delete a customer or remove your salon account
Delete a customer from their profile when they have no bookings, and request full salon account removal through Taimli Support.
Delete a customer
You can delete a customer only when they have no bookings in your salon. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.
Open Customers from your admin menu.
Select the customer's row to open their Customer Details.
Open Manage and select Delete Customer.
Confirm the deletion. The customer is removed and the customer list refreshes.
Customers with existing bookings
A customer with any bookings cannot be deleted. Delete Customer stays available, but the deletion is rejected after you confirm with the message "Cannot delete a customer with existing bookings."
This check counts every booking, including past and canceled ones. The customer must have zero bookings for deletion to succeed.
Export your data before deleting
Export a copy of your salon data before removing customers or your account if you want to keep the records. Your data export downloads customers, bookings, services, staff, and working hours as CSV files. See Export your salon data for the full steps.
Request salon account removal
Salon account removal is handled by Taimli Support, not through a self-service setting. To remove your salon account, email Taimli Support at [email protected].
Export your data first if you want to keep any of it, because removal permanently deletes the salon and its associated data.
