View customer reviews and ratings
The Reviews page in your salon admin shows the ratings and reviews customers submit through thank-you emails. You can read the feedback, search it by customer or review text, and open the appointment a review belongs to.
Open Reviews
Reviews is a read-only page: you can read and search reviews there, but you cannot edit, delete, or reply to them.
Open your salon admin and click Reviews (star icon) in the sidebar.
The page opens with two summary cards, Average rating and Total reviews, followed by the list of submitted reviews.
What the summary numbers mean
The two cards at the top of the page summarize all reviews shown in your view.
Average rating: the average of the 1 to 5 star ratings customers have submitted.
Total reviews: the number of reviews customers have submitted.
Search reviews
Search matches both customer names and review text, so you can find feedback for a specific client or about a specific comment.
Type in the Search by customer or review text field.
The list narrows as you type.
When nothing matches, the page shows "No matching reviews" and suggests trying another customer name or review text.
Open a review's appointment
Every review is tied to the visit it came from. The list shows each review with its Customer, Rating, Review, Visit, Worker, and Submitted details.
Click the review's row in the list.
The booking details panel for that visit opens, where you can see the full appointment details.
Close the panel to return to the review list.
Who can see reviews
Salon members can access the Reviews page. What you see depends on your permissions:
With the Insights permission ("View whole salon statistics"), you can view reviews across the whole salon.
Without it, you see only reviews for bookings assigned to you.
If you have both scopes, a Salon and Me selector switches between the whole salon and your own reviews. Without any review access, the page shows "You don't have access to reviews." and returns you to the admin dashboard.
No reviews yet
When no reviews exist, the page shows "No reviews yet". Reviews appear there after customers submit feedback from thank-you emails. See Thank-you emails for how to turn the emails on and who receives them.
If you have permission to view salon settings, the empty page also shows a Set up thank-you emails link.
