Copy worker emails to your salon

Salon admins can now send a copy of selected worker booking emails to the salon's main email address. The setting covers new booking notices, pending and canceled booking notices, spam-flagged pending bookings, customer-unreachable alerts, and visit review messages, while workers continue receiving their own copies. It is off by default, so recipients stay the same until you turn it on.
