When you check a booking out as paid, Taimli can now send a personal thank-you email once the visit ends, with a link to a feedback form where the customer rates the visit 1 to 5 stars and can leave a short review.

Salons can optionally add a Google review URL so customers who rate 4 or 5 stars can leave a Google review.
