Edit a customer's details
Change a customer's name, email, phone number, birthday, or email marketing consent from their profile on the Customers page.
Open Customers and select the customer's row to open their details panel.
Select Edit Client.
Update Full name, Email, Phone number, or Birthday. Full name is required.
Select Save. The panel closes and the customer's details update right away.
Only check Email marketing consent when the customer has explicitly agreed to receive marketing emails from your salon.
If saving shows You are not authorized to edit clients., your role doesn't allow editing customers. Ask your salon owner or an admin to change your permissions.
