Hiding Services from Online Booking
Control which services customers can see when booking online. Hidden services stay available for internal use but won't appear on your public booking page.
How It Works
Each service has a visibility setting that controls whether it appears on your public booking page:
Show in online booking (default): Customers can see and book this service online
Hidden from online booking: The service is only available when you book internally through the admin calendar
Use this for services you want to offer selectively, such as VIP treatments, seasonal specials, or services you only book through direct consultation.
Hiding a Service
Go to Services from the sidebar
Click the service you want to hide
Find the Show in online booking toggle
Turn it off
Save your changes
When a service is hidden, you'll see a Hidden online badge next to it on the Services page.
What Changes
Hidden services are not deleted. You can still book them through the admin calendar and they remain in your service catalog.
When you hide a service:
Customers won't see it on your public booking page
You can still create bookings for it from the admin calendar
All service details (price, duration, description) are preserved
Staff capabilities remain unchanged
Why a Service Might Not Appear Online
A service won't appear on your public booking page if any of these apply:
Show in online booking is turned off
No staff member has this service enabled in their capabilities
The weekday isn't included in online booking days
If you've hidden a service but still want customers to book it online, turn the toggle back on and check that at least one team member can perform it.
Check staff capabilities if a visible service still isn't appearing for customers. Every online-bookable service needs at least one assigned staff member.
