Setting the Online Booking Window
The Online booking window setting controls how far ahead customers can book on your public booking page. Choose one, two, or three months, or keep the default No limit. The setting limits only what customers can book: you can still plan appointments, create bookings, and reschedule further ahead in your own Calendar.
The default is No limit. If you never change this setting, customer booking is not capped.
Set the booking window
You set the window in the Booking Settings panel under Booking & availability.
Go to Settings > Booking & availability
In the Booking Settings panel, find Online booking window
Choose No limit, 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months
Save the setting
Open your booking page to check which dates customers can see. Dates beyond the window are hidden and cannot be selected. If a customer submits a booking for a date beyond the window anyway, they see "That date is not open for booking yet. Please choose another time."
How the window rolls forward
The window counts full calendar months in your salon's local time and includes the final date. With a 1 month window set on 14 September, customers can book through 14 October. The next day the window rolls forward: one new date at the far end becomes bookable each day, so customers always see the same span of time.
Waitlist and dates outside the window
Customers cannot join the waitlist for dates outside the window. The waitlist date validation shows "This date is not open for booking yet". Waitlist scans use the same customer-facing availability, so the waitlist never notifies customers about slots on dates outside the window. It is not a way to request a notification when a future date first becomes bookable.
What the window does not limit
The window applies only to online customer booking. Staff calendar work, admin bookings, and rescheduling stay uncapped, so you can plan appointments beyond the dates customers can see.
